How it all began

Best Practices started life in your obligatory suburban garage. It was 1997 and Tony Blair had just grinned by the door of Number 10 for the very first time.

Two senior executives got bored with working for someone else, and quit. They set-up a home office, created a basic website, and began marketing their 35-combined-years management experience to the world.

12 years later and we are a global firm with over 100 employeed.
